I read the rejection, your campaign fields, your opt-in form, and your privacy and terms pages. Not just the field that failed.

You get a corrected package and a short list of website changes, written for your business, within 2 business days.

Not covered

  • Rejections for something I flagged as yours to change that wasn't changed, like an EIN that doesn't match IRS records or a website update
  • Anything edited after my review, in your submission or on your website
  • Businesses or message types carriers don't allow at all

Who reviews my rescue?

I do. I'm Dustin, and I built Cleared to Send. Our engine drafts the fix from the known rejection reasons, then I read every package myself before it goes back to you.

How fast do I get it back?

Within 2 business days of payment. I take up to 10 rescues a week so each one gets real attention. If I'm full, I'll tell you before you pay.

Can you guarantee approval?

No one can. Carriers make the final call. What I can do is stand behind my review: submit exactly what I send you, make the website changes I list, and if it's rejected again for something I reviewed, I refund the full $99.

Do you submit it for me?

No. You resubmit through your own provider account, like Twilio, Telnyx, or Bandwidth. I'll tell you exactly which fields to paste into.

Is the free diagnosis still free?

Yes. Paste your rejection into Fix and you get the diagnosis for free. Rescue is for when you want me to do the work with you.
