Getting it right costs less than getting rejected

Every 10DLC rejection is another 1 to 4 weeks of waiting before you can text a customer. Cleared to Send catches the reasons carriers reject before you submit. Your first registration is free during beta, including the submit-ready export. Additional registrations are $19.99 with no subscription.

Questions

What is free and what is paid?

Building and auditing your registration is free. Create an account to save your work and unlock your first submit-ready registration free during beta. Each additional registration is $19.99. Re-exports and small edits to an unlocked registration never cost another credit.

What is included with an account?

Your free workspace includes saved registrations, RCS readiness, rejection decoding, unlimited Write access during beta, personalized rule updates, and submission outcome tracking.

Does the audit guarantee my registration gets approved?

No. A "Likely to pass" result is a prediction based on the known rejection patterns, not a guarantee. Carriers and registries make the final call and we do not control it. See our terms for the full detail.

What is your refund policy?

Email support@clearedtosend.com within 7 days. We refund duplicate charges, purchases that did not grant access, and unusable exports caused by a product error. Carrier rejection by itself is not refundable because approval is never guaranteed.

Do I still need a provider account like Twilio?

Yes. Cleared to Send never sends messages for you. You still need your own messaging provider to submit your registration and to send. We make sure you are cleared and compliant before you do.
