Terms of service

These terms cover your use of Cleared to Send. By using the service you agree to them. We have kept them plain so you can actually read them.

What the service does

Cleared to Send helps small businesses get cleared and stay compliant before they send SMS, WhatsApp, email and push. We help you build a submit-ready 10DLC registration package, check your messages for compliance and engagement, fix a rejection, and stay current when rules change.

What the service does not do

Cleared to Send never sends messages on your behalf. We are the clearance and compliance layer that runs before you send. You still need your own messaging provider (Twilio, Telnyx, your ESP, and so on) to submit your registration and to actually send messages. We do not submit your registration to a carrier for you, and we do not deliver your texts.

Guidance, not legal advice

Cleared to Send provides compliance tooling and guidance. We are not a law firm and we do not provide legal advice. Our checks and recommendations are based on published carrier and industry rejection patterns, not on your specific legal situation.

A "Likely to pass" audit result is a prediction, not a guarantee. Carriers and registries make the final decision, and we do not control it. We cannot promise your registration will be approved. Use our output as informed preparation, and consult a qualified professional for legal questions.

Payment and refunds

Current pricing:

One credit unlocks one registration permanently. Viewing, downloading, re-exporting, or making small edits to that same registration does not consume another credit. Promotional and purchased credits already granted to an account remain available under the expiration terms shown in that account. Legacy subscriptions are no longer offered to new customers; existing subscribers can manage or cancel them from their account.

You can request a refund within seven days of purchase by emailing support@clearedtosend.com. We refund duplicate charges, purchases that did not grant the paid access or credits shown at checkout, and exports that are unusable because of a Cleared to Send product error. A carrier or registry rejection by itself is not refundable because our audit is a prediction and approval is never guaranteed. Canceling a legacy subscription stops future renewals; access continues through the paid billing period.

Acceptable use

By using Cleared to Send, you agree that:

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Cleared to Send and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any lost profits, lost messages, rejected registrations, or carrier decisions arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in California.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product grows. When we do, we will change the effective date above. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
