When the rules change, you'll know.
10DLC and A2P rules move often, and a campaign that passed last year can fall out of compliance without you touching it. We track the changes that matter and pull you back to update before a carrier does it for you.

- Throughput & limitsHeads up
Sole proprietor campaigns have stricter limits
Registrations without an EIN run on the sole proprietor path: lower daily throughput and tighter content rules. If your volume has grown, getting an EIN and re-registering as a standard brand is often worth it.

Daily throughput is tiered by your brand trust score
How many messages you can send per day is set by your brand vetting / trust tier, not a flat number. Unvetted brands get the lowest limits. If you are hitting message caps, brand vetting is usually the lever — not a new campaign.

Opt-in evidence must stay current and verifiable
Carriers can re-review a live campaign. If your opt-in flow changed — a new form, a moved checkbox, a reworded CTA — your consent screenshots on file may no longer match, which is the #1 cause of suspension. Re-capture and re-check whenever your sign-up changes.

T-Mobile pass-through fines for violations
T-Mobile is reportedly now directly passing through fines of $500–$10,000 to brands for SHAFT (sex, hate, alcohol, firearms, tobacco), phishing, and other non-compliant content violations sent over 10DLC.

AT&T fully blocks unregistered 10DLC traffic
AT&T has ended grace periods and now blocks 100% of A2P traffic from numbers/campaigns lacking proper TCR registration, meaning any unregistered sender's messages will not be delivered on AT&T's network.
