This rejection happens at the brand level, before the campaign, and it is one of the most common and most frustrating. The registry checks your legal business name against your EIN in IRS records, and they have to match exactly. Businesses fail this by submitting a DBA or marketing name instead of the legal entity name, by transposing a digit in the EIN, or by using a slightly different spelling than what is on their IRS paperwork.
The name to use is the exact legal entity name tied to the EIN, as printed on your IRS CP-575 letter or your tax records. Not the storefront name, not the brand you advertise under, the legal name. If "Acme Dental LLC" is the legal entity, "Acme Dental" or "Dr. Smith's Office" will not match. This is an identity problem, so no amount of rewriting your samples will fix it. You have to correct the name or EIN itself.
To fix it, pull your CP-575 or IRS records and match the legal name and EIN character for character, then resubmit the brand. Fix flags EIN and legal-name mismatches as issues that need this external correction rather than a copy change.
