Every registered brand gets a trust score, and that score drives how many messages you can send per day. A brand that has not gone through external vetting starts with a low score and tight throughput caps. This is not always a hard rejection, but businesses hit it when their campaign is approved yet they cannot send anywhere near the volume they expected, or when a high-volume use case is denied for lack of vetting.

Raising the score means standard brand vetting, a paid third-party check that verifies your business more thoroughly. For a business planning meaningful volume, marketing sends, or fast reminders across a large customer base, vetting is usually worth the cost because it unlocks materially higher daily limits. For a small, low-volume sender, the default limits may be fine and vetting is optional.
